Of course all the paperwork, contracts and agreements are written up and signed, but Carl understands how to be flexible without compromising the project or cost blow-out.We had a GF build on a flood prone site which required extensive elevation and escape route, these changes were made to the standard design no problem and when we wanted to replace carpet with wooden floors - no problem, of course we had to pay the difference but it did not delay the project.We highly recommend Edwards Building Group and Coastal Granny Flats and happy to elaborate on our experience.

Granny flat design and construction - Cannot recommend Carl and team highly enough. Professional and responsive from start to finish. Open communication setting our expectations around any potential site-specific costs that could arise as the job was conducted. They designed a custom granny flat floor plan to deal with an easement on our site. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the finished home and the level of service we received throughout the whole experience.
