William MacIntosh Motor Lodge

My work team and I arrived in Naracoorte for work but due to our schedules and meetings we didn’t check in on time and didn’t arrange keys for our rooms. A late night call to reception when a lovely gentleman luck answered and assisted me and manage to still get our group checked in and had our keys ready for us. He went over and beyond for us even though we were at fault. I was really grateful for his understanding and his excellent service. Only hotel will only use in the future. Thank you William MacIntosh and the lovely gentleman for outstanding service. So sorry for getting you out of bed. :/

Great place to stay.Safe and comfortable for kids. We took a few twin bed rooms and it was sufficient for our stay.The place was decently clean with spacious bathrooms. However the kettle in our rooms needed more care and wasn’t clean.The fridge was beautifully stocked with a mini-bar. I heard the restaurant is good but didn’t get a chance to try it.The lawn area was plentiful and provided a great space for kids to run and play.Both check in and check out was super easy and the staff was courteous and friendly.Recommended place to stay when you are visiting Naracoorte

This beautiful couple stretching far and beyond to make their customers feel welcomed and happy!We were on a tour that hadn't really provided what was advertised and they could sense that straight away and went out of their way to make us feel extremely welcomed and nudge up the whole trip for us! Highly recommended!

I got the spa room with my son for a mental get away for June long weekend, before my performances in July.And upon arrival the woman was happy smiling stood up to greet me, and very informative. Spa was lovely, I didn't want to get out! And the room was perfect for us to have our own space in the same room.The scenery is beautiful and so many beautiful bird noises. Other than that its super quite. Thank you so much.My son says five stars

Arrived late at night, service was great, room clean and neat. I loved that i coukd buy a wine in room after a long drive. Breakfast was superb, loved the pineapple juice too.I woukd stay there again

Great location in lovely surroundings. Lovely customer service. Cafe look warm and open most times, which was convinient, although we didn't find the food so great. Room was clean but could improve on amenities and linen/towels.

The food was amazing, the ice cream sandwich was my favourite. The T-bone was tender and the chicken miglione was as well. Great restaurant St the lodge all around!

What a wonderful experience. Before I even arrived my room was upgraded for free. And from the second I arrived I was treated so well i felt like a celebrity. The staff waited up 45 minutes later than last checkin (I was running very late from Adelaide) just to greet me and get me sorted out. The staff are amazingly friendly and very happy to help.The room was very clean and I had a comfortable stay.The food and room service just incredible.Had the omelette for breakfast both days, was absolutely delicious. I got oysters to my room on my second night, they were so fresh and tasty, would highly recommend getting the oysters. The staff remembered my coffee order. Overall such a wonderful experience. Thankyou!
