DO NOT purchase from this company!!In early May, I purchased what was advertised as 9ct gold hoop earrings. After one week of wear, the alleged gold earrings tarnished. I contacted Shannakian Jewellery and was ignored. When I finally got in contact with someone, I was told that they would re-make the earrings in 18ct gold, and I was asked to send my earrings back. After sending the earrings back they went ghost.I have been calling and emailing for nearly 2 months now, with little to no response. It has got to the stage that I’ve involved Fair Trading in an attempt to obtain a refund.On review of the google and Facebook reviews, I can see I’m not the only one who’s had the same disgusting experience with this company. I would urge no one to buy from them!

Flawless service I purchased one of the initial necklaces a few years ago I wear it everyday. I constantly get compliments on where I got it from. Its stunning! The family business is very accommodating and nothing is ever a problem. There are a lot of similar necklaces out on the market at the moment but I will always go back to Shannakian fine jewellery for future pieces or recommendations.
