The Old Store House in Dayboro is absolutely worth the drive from Brisbane. Friendly staff, excellent food, fantastic atmosphere. What more can you ask for!

The Old Storehouse
This has to be one of the best cafes in Brisbane, let alone Dayboro. Food is incredible (eggs benny) and the portion sizes are great. Coffee is always nice too. Love that you have the option to sit in or out, which is great if you have kids. Staff are very friendly and warm. I also like that they sell dry goods and other items like olives etc to take home. This cafe has a lot of charm to it, highly recommend.

What a beautiful store and concept. The food was amazing and the staff lovely. I had the fritters with haloumi and I have never had such light corn fritters in my life- and the flavour was exceptional. My wife had the breakfast burger and you can see the quality of the produce used in the layers of the burger. The eggs were almost glowing orange and the house made tomato relish was a delight.Inside the cafe has a generous space dedicated to fresh foods, home cooked meals, fresh flowers and homewares. It's not crowded and had a really homely feel.We can't wait to return.UPDATE: My wife and I go regularly and just can't say enough about how great the food is and how wonderful the staff are. I am not sure how they can make simple bacon and eggs so amazing.

Nice cafe with decent coffee with outdoor or under the veranda seating, cake selection a little limited for those stopping by for coffee and something sweet but I would still recommend a visit

A lovely relaxing place to sit and refresh. Quiet, background music on a delightful verandah. There is a good selection on the menu which is reasonably priced.
