Seems that Launceston (Tasmania) is no longer on Toll's map. Tried phoning but given the run around the various international call centres. Perhaps they are just too busy or short-staffed. I ended up buying goods locally in order to save time, energy and eventual additional costs.

No stars got a sorry we missed you card at 9.20am being told taken to a collection point.Rang call centre and asked where is the collect point couldn't tell me had to wait for a text message what is my phone number couldn't tell me.Rang local no better service rang call centre back asking for a redeliver no can do.asked again where collection point is no idea this was at 9.20 this morning no sign of a text message or my parcel.

I have request a delivery pickup from my address deliver to interstate. Toll driver cancel the pick up. Haven’t got any information from toll or the driver. When ai called them they said driver cancel the pick up however we will rebook your delivery puck up tomorrow morning asap. But same story second day no communication from toll pr diver and again I called their support I got the same answer.Worst service

Delivery cards, customer service and website are almost completely useless.Always a pain when items are delivered by Toll! If I had the option to choose I’d pick AusPost every time.

Driver failed to find my address (which is easily located on Google, despite being in a new area), and despite me calling to speak to customer service the following day and being assured they would try again, I received an SMS on the second day, advising my item had been delivered to a warehouse 11mins away.I had paid for the large item to be delivered to my house, in order to avoid fitting it into my hatchback and carrying it up two sets of stairs to my house.

I wish to state in no way do we have an issue with Toll Tasmania service or response as they addressed our issue.Regarding Toll Priority ........absolutely hopeless. Three calls to arrange for them to pick up a medical sample which was time critical first call 9.30 am then two others during the day ( we were hung up on with the last.) Then they told us it would be tomorrow.I suspect that the person in the Malaysian call center was either ignorant, incompetent or generally just doesn't care ,reminded me of the Indian call center Telstra use which is by far the worst experience I have ever had.Again thank you Toll Tasmania but that call center is really having a negative effect on your brand.God help this country

No stars. Terrible service. No response on Live Chat. Dumb excuses on Help Line. No return call or email as promised. Item sitting in depot for 2 days. Offered to collect myself but told depot needs 24-48hrs notice for me to pick up my freight. Still waiting. A joke..

Absolutely useless. I honestly don’t think that i have had anything actually delivered by Toll. An absolute nightmare. I’m actually avoiding purchasing from companies who use toll to deliver as by doing so adds an extra 3 - 4 days onto actually getting your package once you get the missed delivery ticket. Frustrating in this day and age. Not helpful on the phone either. Avoid if you need anything delivered by the actual date of expected arrival. It’s basically a system where you need to collect each item yourself after multiple phone calls and website Enquiries to track down parcels - every time. This is the 8th time this year I’ve expected a delivery and have had to actually go out and collect.

On board for delivery twice, called twice & was lied to - advised parcel was still in transit when it had actually been returned to depot… again… All this when I told them the parcel was time sensitive, what a joke. :(
