Got Paige to braid my hair, she did a fantastic job and was a lovely person to talk to :)If I'm ever going all out on an event and need my hair done again, I will definitely be back

Have watched the same member of staff drop half finished, still lit cigarettes to the floor outside the neighbouring restaurants before going in to work here.With that attitude of disregard for Camberwell streets and neighbouring businesses, I see no good reason to offer them any trade.

I usually do not give reviews but this was mandatory! Ok, so I requested for an appointment from them for ombre color early morning or after 2pm as I had another appointment at 12:30pm somewhere. They said they cant do full head but can do half by 11:30am wherein they provided me the appointment for 9:30am. I reached the place at 9:10am and waited for them to complete other appointments. Paige came over to me at 9:40am, had a look at my hair(I color my hair and my hair is dark). I showed her what I wanted. She replied - it wont be that vibrant, but there will be color for sure. She got the color and applied it and had me waited till 11:40am which I can understand. Now they took me for a hair wash and after my hair was dryed, i could see little color at the end of few of my hair and to my shock no other color anywhere else. I questioned them to which they answered - You will be able to see the color in Sun! Now, i need to have the sun to see my color at night(the color was for a party)? I said no, i need proper more color, to which they said I can come again. I agreed and asked if I can come next week(30April). They said i will have to pay again for the service, and even more as they will use correctors this time. I was shocked and disappointed - I already paid for the service first time. Paige said- I already told you, it wont be that vibrant, well I agree.. But you never mentioned there wont be any color! No color at all after paying for the service. She even lied that she already told me corrector needs to be used before doing my hair. They knew they messed up and then they are lying on top of it! Well if you knew corrector needs to be used, more time is needed etc etc, why did you take my appointment at the first place? Just to earn money, you guys spoiled my day, my own very party! I am highly disappointed and will never ever be back again.Yes they gave me 20%off as a new customer (this was already discussed before they did my hair and not because they messed up)

This salon is truly beautiful and the women working there are so friendly and professional! I never leave feeling dissapointed..ever.

I came in for a set of three cornrows at 9AM that cost me $35 which is an acceptable price but by the time it hit 3PM they were loose and one had come out entirely. Not good enough.

I visited the salon for the first time for a cut & foils recently, and Anna & the team took great care with the consultation & services. Unfortunately, the colour didn’t suit me & whilst nervous to communicate this with the salon, they could not have been more gracious. I was booked in promptly to have the colour fixed by Anna, who was again lovely & accommodating, and thankfully, I left loving the colour:)

I work here over 20 years ago and if things are as they were then (which I'm sure they're even better because they always worked toward exceeding a client's expectations in every way and bettering themselves as individuals and as a whole) the experience that a person will have will be unique in every way.

I've never been to a Salon where I feel so much at home. They genuinely have your best interested in mind and will spend as long with you as you need to achieve the look you desire. all the staff are wonderful. Dina is my hairdresser, she is fantastic. she really gets excited about your new look and puts all her effort into making you happy before your appointment is finished.I always leave feeling fantastic and looking great.
