Disappointed with the quality of the repairs. The dress hem was uneven and just roughly cut with scissors. Bag lining repair still had a hole in it. Pant inseam repair ripped within 1 week.

The service is terrible I left my dress with him and he did such a bad job. He literally sew one line on each sleeve and the sides of the dress and the lines were not even straight. The same thing happens to my mum who told this guys to make the dress shorter. He had only shorten the top layer but not the linings of her skirt. This guys is not detailed and not accurate. Don’t waste your time and money.

Great service, requested a fast tailoring of a formal dress and they did an excellent job. Completed it early and provided options on how I wanted it tailored. Definitely recommend.

Bittu fitted 3 new zips into my 3 most favoured skirts. Excellent fast and friendly results. All done in 24 hours . Cannot recommend more highly. Will definitely be visiting with sewing alterations and repairs again. Opening hours are very good too. Love this place !!

Great customer service. The people there were very sweet. I had a dress two sizes larger and it needed to be tailored down. Very fast service. He did a great job and was able to get the dress down within a week. The dress was a huge princess dress with four layers and hard sewing material.
