Great store and amazing location always clean and perfect new layout great management unfortunately retail staff let down the location of the store staff that clearly do not understand the Australian consumer law unfortunately if you have a problem to go wrong the staff will not be negotiable nor do they wish to help your problems immediately they jump to the conclusion your wrong and your trying to scam them so unfortunately the only thing letting down this store is un- educated staff don’t make large purchases unless you want trouble when things go wrong.

Best Eb games store in the area, they don't have as much variety as the others but they have the games and thats what matters. The staff are excellent and are happy to help and have a quick convo about fav games. Always a nice atmosphere in there and treated with respect.
