Came in to buy bicycle boxes for moving overseas. The ladies were really helpful and prompt. They had one in stock but called all the other stores to find one other for us and gave us the details. Went back to buy a box two days later, again super helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The service you'll get here is something that's long forgotten these days. I strongly recommend storage king Everton Hills.

Always friendly. Always very helpful, in fact they bend over backwoods to be. Nothing is ever a problem, and they are always understanding of your current situation. They will do anything that they possibly can, to help. They do their best to make everything as stress free as possible. The original family who purpose built this facility still run it with their excellent staff who go out of their way to ensure your trouble free experience. Clean and well-kept storage spaces of all sizes and shapes. This is the second time I've used this Everton Hills Storage and I highly recommend it to others.

Facility is good. Good access and security. Staff are nice and friendly. Two weeks payment before vacating seems a little stiff, so just be aware of this.

We have been using storage king for 3 months and plan to keep on using them for the near future. Their premises are are clean, secure and easily accessed. The staff Robin, Julie and Di have been wonderful, they are informative and very helpful. Our experience has been absolutely positive, I would recommend storage king to everyone I know. Very happy with the service we have received here. The office staff are always helpful both over the phone and in person. Super helpful when trying to select the right storage unit as well. Never had a problem with access and the site is always tidy. Would definitely recommend!

I have been using this storage facility on & off for many years, even before it was named 'Storage King', and I'm grateful that the staff have always helped me through a few challenges and can still show a lot of kindness when things get very stressful. I was totally surprised that Julie still remembered my name after a few years in between renting. Thank you Julie for being so understanding and helping me find 'just the right sized shed', you are truly an asset to the business, much appreciated!
