Our experience with Hornsby Family Cars was very positive. Colin was personable, professional and knowledgeable about the cars for sale. He didn't pressure us for a sale, but left us to make our own decision. The car was the best deal we saw in Sydney on the day. We are very happy with our car. We would not hesitate to return to Hornsby Family Cars to look for our next car.

just wanted to thank Colin for his great service. we travelled from Newcastle and he showed us very good quality cars and spoke honestly about what best suited our needs and the car market in general..When my wife picked it up Colin had the car serviced and filled the car with fuel as he new she had to drive back to Newcastle.We were both really pleased with the service from Colin and the car we purchased.

Collin and Herbie run a small, family business and are lovely to deal with. They made the transaction of purchasing a new car very smooth.After purchasing my new car, there was a hold up with the second key (which was to be delivered to my house within two weeks of purchase). The delay was an issue which was out of Herbie and Collin's hands, during this delay Herbie and Collin provided great customer service and went above and beyond to ensure I received my second key as soon as possible (which I now have!).I love my new car, when I purchased the car it was in great condition and it runs very well. Left a staring review 7 months ago about my experience with Colin. I specifically asked Colin about the price during the time of sale and that was a drive away cost with “NO” hidden extras only to find out that I had been driving around with the car I brought from Colin not under my name which wasn’t clear to me at the sales time which I had to pay that amount to change it into my name which cost me almost $900 to do so and if I was caught by cops the fee would be are lot more. 2 stars because the car is good but Colin had fail to disclosed this sort of information with me before I purchased the car which makes him are bit of a dirty car sales man!
