Unlike the rest of the phone repair places at grand plaza, these guys not only didn't charge me they put a third party screen protector on for me 100% good service!

Do not take your phone here if you need someone to fix it!! My note 20 is stuck on the logo screen which is a known problem and they keep the phone all day than tell me they can't fix it it's unfixable. But all over the internet shows that it is. Useless that all they are!

I had to get old phone screen fixed but they had to order a new screen in it cost $150 I pay $50 so they can get the screen in. I went there today to get my $50 back but the guy said that $50 was for the order. What should I do

I had a sticker put on my phone and I bought a case, within a day the sticker started peeling so I went back and they told me “it looks like it’s had a bit of wear or the dust has removed it.” To which I explained the attendee had only put it on yesterday to which the attendant told me it was definitely the case because it’s not compatible and I should have bought one of higher quality. It was a PTC brand case.

Stood at the counter for multiple minutes watching the guy play with the eftpos machine paper. Just wanted to ask a simple question. Eventually got around to asking about prices which were 4x what you can purchase online. Never going back to any PTC booth again. They could at least offer good customer service if they want to charge a premium price.

This place is a joke. They don't run any diagnostics and just charge a flat fee. They wanted $375 to repair a $250 phone.
