The lady was prompt and very kind, however, she didn't ask me how I wanted my brows and the session seemed rushed and I ended up displeased with my brows and it was too late as she had removed the hair. The shaping on one did not match the other, and my eyebrows were still as bushy as when I walked in and I found myself having to pluck many hairs and trimming them at home.
