I have an air conditioning unit which has been installed incorrectly and a drain that has not been connected which drains all over my balcony. Haier have attended my property twice once with your representative present and you have been advised to rectify the issue. This conversation was in front of your representative, myself, Haier rep and the builder. Nothing has been done about it and the issue has been left while your representative trys to find some loop hole as to why you don't have to do it. It is absolutely disgusting behaviour as I am now left to pay my airconditioning company to turn the unit the correct way and drain it off the balcony so no one slips over.
