Oh my lord! This place is amazing. The burgers are delicious and quite reasonably priced. They're massive too so the option of the sliders is fantastic! The loaded fries were to die for. The cheese sauce is so tasty!

Food is ordinary and quite expensive for what you get, service is very slow, finished our burger and then waited another 15 minutes to get the fries we ordered with the meal.

Nice little shop. Excellent staff, Unfortunately the pricing hits you harder than others burger joints. The average burger is almost if not $20. With fries and a bottle of water my meal was $33, for a burger meal. Average burger, average fries, not worth a $30 plus burger meal. If the food was outstanding I would have no issue with the price, but its not.

Great food. My sister and I visited for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the staff were fantastic. We went again a month later and the wonderful manager actually remember us and the town we were from.

Service was good but with a few hiccups at the ordering time. Food still nice, fresh and with that spicy names to make you laugh or talk about it. Place is really spacious so you shouldn't have to make it difficult to sit.

Just got some lunch here Hotel Cali Burger. I Let them know already i don't want No lettuce, No bacon and no tomato. After eating half the burger i relaize it was completely raw inside. I notified staff who didn’t apologise or Not offer us a refund so I left and when they serve the burger the staff have really attitude problem nosmile on face, I didn't recommand to anyone to go this place. Really concerning that they did you take this more seriously and that the chicken was raw in the first place! They charge me $19 for just chicken,avo and bun. Add red onions $0.50 extra that doesn't make sense. Totally Disappointed.
