Their client Built Bu Alpha has fled leaving supplies unpaid for and an absolute mess on with unfinished renovations. Trend was so unhelpful and reluctant to provide any support or call back to customers because we’re not ‘their client’. Other suppliers have been supportive, empathetic and helpful. Regardless if we’re your clients or not the payments essentially comes from us so the least you can do is show some help and compassion.
