Lovely and helpful staff, clean restaurant with a cool theme. The burger I got was good, and the fire fries were amazing! Milkshake is suuuuper thick.

Just decided to go here was excited to eat it. Asked for regular fries got waffle fries that were borderline warn and oily as the chicken burger I got was borderline warm. You know I know it's cheap with the deals you guys have but I really do like my food fresh and warm and it makes a big difference with oily food. anyway foods OK but service and lack of care for the food is really off pointing. It's great when it's good. Disappointing experience for the one time we do go there

Went here for the 1st time and loved it. I purchased the large Hawaiian Angus combo with a coke. The burger was very delicious and tasty. My partner ordered the large big Carl combo. She loved her burger.

I have given this Carl's Junior four stars. It is five stars for friendliness, service, cleanliness, and how the takeaway shop is set-up. On the food side it was three stars the chips were not fully cooked and the burger was a little sad looking. It still tasted as is should.

POOR SERVICE, just like KAREN'S DINERIt's not worth it for money. My friend ordered a meal in large size and added extra money to change fries to waffles fries. The staff didn't tell us that waffle fries only have one size. We only got 5 or 6 pieces of waffles fries for paying extra money. We tried to address the issue to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager looked like they didn't care. She said it's standard, even if I make a new serve, it is still the same and then busy with her other work.I have visited this store twice. I remember I had a great service the first time. I invited my friend to join us here and this poor service ruined our day.

We've been to this store three times. Every time there's been issues.The first time we got our order doubled and charged doubled. (Got a refund but still is an inconvenient)The second time we bought two Chili fries and got basically only fries. There barely was any meat or cheese in them.And today, we were asked if we were dining in and we still had to go to the counter and collect our food. Everything was OILY. Fries box was full of oil, burger full of oil. It was a very bad experience having to eat and getting our hands full of oil because of all the oil that was everywhere.Customer service in this Carl's has always been very poor and everytime we've been here you could totally tell the person in the counter didn't wanna be there.There were less than 10 customers in the store and still they took longer than what other Carl's take to deliver the food and it was in bad condition. Bacon was the hardest I've ever eaten.Will never go back to this Carl's. We prefer driving 30 min to the next one.

Terrible attitude from the drive through operator on the 19/4/23 at 7:30pm. Simply asked how long the 20+ milkshakes had been left out to be met with a dirty look and an aggressive response. I was confused being there was a sign directly behind her stating everything made fresh.

It's nice and dark inside. Fairly quiet compared to the local McD and Hungry Fats.Staff are great and the whole place is always very clean.There's also an outdoor eating area.The food is good. I have no idea how they make enough money on the app deals.
