I can't believe that I was just accused of purchasing transit insurance by this company to make a dodgy claim.. Adam Cooper the Nathional Sales Manager told me it was suspicious" that I had purchased insurance and now wanted to claim for goods that they had lost in transit. But obviously I'm a liar for not receiving them and his staff are perfect saints who could not possibly have lost the items. This is the second time I have had issues with this company

Moving is always a stressful time but Matty and the crew were great. We moved from a difficult to assess 2 story home to a unit with only small elevator assess. The guys on the trucks were great under trying conditions. Matty at the Townsville office was a great help and quoted a great price, way cheaper than his competitors. Would highly recommend them and we will definitely use them again if we have to go though the pain of moving again.

Picked up from storage shed at Gympie delivered to Yungaburra on the Atherton Tablelands. Caloundra Removals were easy to deal with. Pick up and delivery was on time. Staff very pleasant. Price was reasonable. Would use them again.

I cannot fault these guys at all! They were excellent with their communication and timeliness. Everything was uplifted and dropped off exactly as planned with no damages at all. The price was very reasonable as well.

Everything has been achieved on time & most efficiently from the initial estimation of boxes needed by Willy & Josh, loading by Dillon, Gabriel & T....... & the unloading where there were so many in Condon that we lost track of names. We used Caloundra Removals Townsville for a move from Townsville to Brisbane on the 20th of January. Everyone we dealt with was nice and friendly. Matt at the office was very helpful. Mitch and Shannon (plus their three helpers who came to lend an extra hand with the removal of furniture) were incredibly polite and efficient. We would definitely use Caloundra Removals Townsville again. Thanks guys!
