They say word of mouth is the best advertising and I will certainly be spreading the word!  Could not be happier with Kitchen Shack who came from a high recommendation from a girlfriend.  If I could I would give 6 stars! From the friendly greeting at the Kilsyth showroom to the professional and experienced advice from Michael I felt like a valued customer from start to finish.  There was a great amount of time and patience given at concept and design stage and a true understanding of my requirements to bring a functional and stylish kitchen and laundry to life.  I had a very specific time line and I am pleased to say my kitchen and laundry were delivered as planned and Matt our installer and all associated trades arrived per scheduling and on time.  The quality, service and value for money is absolutely exceptional. Family and friends have been most impressed.  Thank you to all at Kitchen Shack Kilsyth :)

This is the second kitchen I have had done by Kitchen Shack. Both times I was very happy with the whole experience and felt looked after in every aspect. On this occasion, I had my own chippy install the kitchen as it was an hour's drive from Melbourne and thought that since he was doing other parts of the renovation, he could do that too. It didn't work out that way and he royally stuffed it up in so many ways. I called Nita and she arranged Matt to come.Matt uninstalled it all and reinstalled it in one day and did an amazing job. He went above and beyond and did a couple of other jobs for me as he had the tools with him. Matt is a magic man with cabinet installation. I'm so grateful for both Matt and Nita's assistance all the way through and would strongly recommend using these guys.

From the design of my kitchen through to organising all trades and installation - Kitchen Shack in Kilsyth were a pleasure to work with. When we had our 1st design consultation with Karen we immediately felt comfortable and loved her ideas and concepts and felt that I had picked the right company to work with.From there, every step of the process was taken care of for us and everyone involved, Mark was professional, friendly and great at what they do. The end result is a great quality finish and exactly what we wanted.

The team at Kitchen shack did and amazing job on my new kitchen. Karen was so helpful when helping design my new kitchen, she even suggested things I didn't even think about which make so much sense! I was referred on to their installer Matt who was punctual and had the Kicthen installed in half a day. The best bit was the price, the kitchen is of high quality and a great low price, I paid less than I was expecting! Overall fantastic job by Kitchen shack, I would recommend them to anyone!!

Kitchen Shack Kilsyth were great to work with from design to delivery. The process was easy and professional and all steps along the way were well communicated. The finished product of the cabinets and benchtops were of high quality and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Kitchen Shack.

What a Waste time!I called their office yesterday and I was told the designer not in ,and then I drop in this afternoon.And have a look the showroom and get some ideas for materials and price ranges.Nita(kilsyth store manager) services attitude is very disappoint !!! I was told there was an appointment coming.Altough I promise to leave as soon as her appointment attending,and I also explained that it takes me 30mins drive here,but Nita still refused to have a quick chat .any chance to thinking of customer needs.

Karen and the team at Kitchen Shack have created a fantastic quality product for an excellent price. Service provided was fantastic and the kitchen was delivered within the time frame given to us. Karen then referred us to their installer Marc who did a fantastic job even working late into the night to get the job all finished to out satisfaction. Highly recommended and would have no hesitation to use again

My wife and I highly recommend Kitchen Shack and especially Michael, he was so friendly, helpful and professional. He spent over 4 hours designing our kitchen and was very patient going through all the detail with us. Nothing was to much trouble and the end design was fantastic, he managed to fit everything we wanted into our kitchen and also very happy with the price.
