Fashion Nails

i walked into there shop and immediately got sat, the staff there were very friendly, very helpful and patient, i got french acrylic nails done for the first time at ‘fashion nails’ as i got a gift voucher for it, my nails that were done have been the best frenchies i have seen in a long time, i got my nails done (frenchies as well) and they didn’t meet up to my standards as they were rushed. But watching the lady do my nails with such fine detail made me know that they were worth the money

The girls done a good job on my nails, they gave me the exact look I wanted but that was about it. I also had a pedicure with acrylic on toes and hands and only the next night they Literally just feel off, almost like they were stick on. I return to get them fixed or either a refund and I was told I was would be charge full price again to get them fixed and they were quite rude. I wouldn't go back ever again. Nice shop but service is poor.

I have never been before but I got a gift voucher for a pedicure. The lady was so thorough and lovely. My ankles were swollen and she was so gentle and gave me the best massage as well.

I went here today with my sister and best friend. They had no customer service skills at all. They took over 30 minutes to get started on any of us. My nails are all uneven and had hair set into it. I paid $50 and it was the worst manicure I’d ever gotten. When I saw the hair was set into two of my nails I went back and wanted a refund which they wouldn’t give me. They said they’d fix it for free. They are still all uneven and look gross.The place is also really dirty. I will never be going back and hope someone shuts them down.

Staff very rude and no customer service at all. Had acrylic refills with shellac polish. Acrylic left all over my skin, every nail a different length (even after i mentioned the lenths were all differant) shape not what i asked for. Shellac peeled off the next night with a very strong chemical smell ??? Have never had that before....Salon was extremely dirty, just hoping i don't end up with a infection. Had my nails redone else were two day's later. Very poor experience will never return to this salon. I give no star's

Came in for a deluxe pedicure with seasalt scrub & shellac. $40.They only clean the scrubbing skin tools in the bath water that the customers feet are sitting in & then they go back on the tray to be used for the next person. They also didn’t do any massage in the pedicure. Seemed to just want to get me in and out.Definitely won’t be returning.

Horrible job I went for a manicure and pedicure paid extra to get dead skin removed went for lunch looked down at my feet looked like I didn't even get them done see photos below. They did offer to do it again I am heavily pregnant going for operation next day had other appointments but wasn't keen on sitting there for a further 30min the whole place was unprofessional eating while working yelling at each other not doing the service that was asked and tried to charge for the service that wasn't given. I had to call the owner manager to explain manager didn't even ring. Plain and simple I could have done a better job. Never going back there again x3 dissatisfied customer

i used to come here all the time and theyve been good, but now everytime i give them another chance its worse. 3 broken nails in a week

Was sat waiting for 35 mins before starting, and was in the chair for 15 mins having a pedicure was so rushed still have dry skin in heals cuticles not trimmed worker coughing clearly unwell. Will not return ever
