Our pool pump died. We took it to a pool repair shop who advised we could get it repaired or replaced as the motor had blown, all at a cost to us.We then contacted Haywood, and were assisted by Andrew. Andrew went above and beyond for us, we provided relevant documentation that he had requested and he replaced our pump for us free of charge. Highly recommend.

Due to bad batch of products and lack of quality control we had 3 automated chlorinator units all up . Our last unit still not performing correctly. Hayward very relaxed about rectifying the issue

Karl from NSW warranty section has to be the most rude and unprofessional workers I have ever had to deal with.I'm surprised such a big company would employ such a rude arrogant staff member.Absolutely disgusting customer service.

We had purchased a pump that was supposedly one of the best on the market, after the 3.5 year mark it started playing up till if finally gave way today. The fuse inside didn’t blow as designed and instead melted the casing around it shut and fried the bottom electronics due. When we contacted them, they just simply said a replacement needed ($1600) instead of a $2 fuse. Nothing they can do about it? Thanks but no thanks.

We are a completely Hayward setup - filter, pump, OmniLogic, heat pump, and robotic cleaner. Over the past couple of years we have rarely had any issues, however whenever we have Hayward service have been fantastic. Andrew (service manager) from Hayward goes above and beyond to ensure customers are happy. We have found Hayward to be polite, helpful and committed to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend.
