iPlay Coffs Harbour

We booked service for approx 40 including food ,drinks and games and it was very reasonably priced,The room we had was big and clean, the service was fantastic, and the host ,(Jamie), was very accomodating and friendly,, we all enjoyed our time there and look forward to returning in the future.

We had a work function. The owner told our boss that we had two games booked for 7:30-9. They stuffed up our booking tried to tell us that we were late but we arrived at 7:10 and now we could only play one game when 2 were paid for. Our boss asked for one round of free drinks to make up for missing out on the other game, they refused. Staff took ages to assist with their screens that were playing up and only had 2 staff on for the entire bowling alley drinks and food. Some of us were refused hot food being told they weren’t doing anymore then they handed out more hot food to others. Absolutely not worth the money and ruined the majority our work function for us. Definitely need more staff on for a thursday night in the middle of school holidays. Wont be returning for another work function again.

This is establishment does not like people with disabilities and band for no reason some people are rude and making upfalse allegations

Im went there from brisbane the staff is really bad rude behaviour and unattended.I book the pool table for 2 people’s and they give me only one stick each.i ask them we are 2 people’s.hate this place

What a rip off!!!! Club 300 bowling at Coffs Harbour!!! I’m happy to pay $14 per game but then we have to hire the shoes for $4.50!! Then we have to pay a 2.50 booking fee when booking online!! I will be giving a negative review. Armidale sport and rec is $10 a game and you don’t have to hire shoes. I would rather bowl at Armidale Sport and Rec any day. Wayne and crew are so nice and welcoming as well.

Make sure you go during the day for a better atmosphere. On some evenings the diehard bowling fraternity go pro, channeling uncle Buck. The main problem with this is their hygiene. I may be generalising but all I could focus on, as they were telling me my kids (ages 2 through 12) were being too loud as they celebrated their shots was the smell of bad breath, b.o and horrible attitude. Ironically I couldn't hear what was being said over the ambient noise of pins crashing down.Further one particular person (who needed to concentrate as they were 'playing a pro game') complained about my family having a fun time (clapping hands and encouraging the kids) and management then came over and asked us to keep it down (again I couldn't understand much of what he said because of the loud noise)...... The guy who complained (delusional stinky pro and mates) kicked the ball return, slapped the display, yelled c*#t and f#*k regularly in front of our children. Yet that was perfectly normal behaviour?!?I guess the delusional pros (190 ain't winning you any prizes) pay the bills but show some common sense and if you want to reprimand a family with young kids have the guts to at least address the body odour, foul language and vandalism of your own equipment.

Bowl here every week in league. Takes workers up to 5 min to serve people at the bar some times have to knock on office window to get their attention. New staff member harassed us down stairs before she started working with yous and continues to do so.I bowl on Mondays and WednesdaysTheses incidents occluded Happened October 2021 and again in October 2022.

Top spot, staff very helpful will be back again soon.

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Kids loved the games and were able to have a game of pool with their parents, which was great fun.Shame about the pins being attached to cables, as it affects the way the pins fall (especially when taken out by a wayward cable).
