Staff were nice enough, chemists are really slow. Virtually empty 3 times I've been here and had to wait. That's ranging from 1 or more scripts to collect

I always have to wait longer here than any other chemist for scripts. I have read you're responses to others with the same issue, and while you may be busy with other things going on it doesn't explain why you guys are not as efficient at processing scripts as others are.

Dropped my diabetes script in, still waiting 25days for it to be filled. Obviously supply issues. No ETA. Pharmacist Soo Ann is great, as are the staff. Soo Ann finally sorted the back log and filled my script on day 27. Thank you.

Really disappointed in service. One pharmacist was lovely and polite on a weekend doing a BP check and advised they’d be happy to do as many as I needed rather than purchase a machine to have at home as it wasn’t for long term use. Returned another night to have it read again, service from different pharmacist was average at best, not polite, seemed quite judgemental. Third visit, I was told they didn’t have time to help me as they were too busy.Really poor, I know there are nice Pharmacists there but now on two occasions I’ve been met with rude ones that aren’t interested in giving polite or helpful service.

I must say 5 stars to your staff named Sonia who went out of her way to personally see to it that my script could be dispensed right away (wasn't easy on a weekend when my doctor's practice had already closed for the day), and that my medication arrived as needed yesterday! As we are in isolation, all the help we got was very much appreciated indeed. Can't say thank you enough for the thoughtfulness and lovely service... that little extra made a world of difference to us - Sonia is gold! Thank you!

Chemist changes brand from script with no discussion with you. Several times I’ve said the brand on the script and it gets ignore. Chemist should not be allowed to do this without permissionDisgraceful

Worst chemist!!Ridiculous wait times.Untrained customer service reps.Pharmacists wont give medication for my 4 years old kid stating GP has over dosed the medication.While telling this to GP, he was laughing at the chemists saying he knows what he is doing.Other pharmacists didn’t have any issues with the same prescription.

Staff are friendly , professional and knowledgeable. Waiting time for scripts is fast and staff are very polite . Great assortment of products and lots of great gift ideas . Easy parking and highly recommend this chemist .
