The good news about this firm:1. Sutherlan, comes across as an excellent, very good active listener, very well organised lawyer who happens to be both solicitor and barrister. Sutherlan established excellent rapport with me. Very sincere, very honest.2. The first hour for free is genuine. Not a trap.Very refreshing to see that.In actual fact, we had probably 2 hours. Very impressive, very professional.The bad news:1. Unfortunately, Jeremy, the senior lawyer, with 30+ years experience, is a bit overbearing and not inclined to listen. Jumped too quickly to conclusions without considering the facts or read the materials.2.Without any warning or direct personal communication from either Jeremy and Sutherlan, the next day, secretary called me to tell me they won't take the case.I frankly don't understand.Not the most professional way.
