No one approached to ask what do i need even though they were available for the other customers. They didn’t bother to ask what i am after. One of the worst customer service ever. Or may be my head was covered they looked at me and ignored.

Very disappointed - Rx for generic Augmentin Duo Forte for my wife - I paid $12.90 and other pharmacy charged $5.80. Double ??????Non concession card, general patient.

So, this is something I never do but after stumbling onto the reviews page of what I consider to be the BEST pharmacy in Melbourne I feel compelled to write a review as I simply can’t see what has been posted in negative reviews being possible. I am on a swag of different medications and visit Lana Vo and her team at Hallam Chemsave Pharmacy fortnightly, my scripts are always in disarray but they help me get organised and sort me out. I take supplements on the helpful advice of Lana’s wing lady Kerryn who is a great help. Lana has advanced me 3 days of meds when I got it wrong at the GP, super helpful and always pleasant. In the 5 years going there (I drive past 3 pharmacies to go there) I have never seen a male pharmacist so I reckon that’s BS. For superior service and advice do yourself a favour and check them out, I wish i could give Lana and her A Team 10 stars.

Wow, mind blowingI was charge $2 EACH PAPER for certified copiesAnd I brought the copies myself, didn’t even use their paper!Chemistware house only ask for gold coin donations!This Hallam pharmacy is a rip off! Would never go and purchase anything there from now on.

This is a small pharmacy shop but we have always been able to find the required medicines. Young, energetic and friendly staff in shop. The shop is wheelchair accessible and there are no long queues or waiting here. Ample parking available close to the shop.

They never prescribe me what I want, I have a broken leg, and I get a prescription once a week. Bad horrible staff. Never going there again.

One of the best chemists ever since I've had my twins they always come outside get the scripts and get them done so quickly, and understand me so well, that they know how hard it is being a twin mother.Thank you to this lovely place for the team work.

So helpful and friendly where they simply dp what other pharmacies won't. I'll always support this small local business.

Since moving into village have used this chemist and thank them for the extra care they give my husband and I particularly during difficult Covid days. Very good helpful service and would highly recommend this chemist to anyone.

Very friendly and very helpful, fantastic service matched prices of other chemist, also nice to be able to buy present for someone at very reasonable prices, my husband and l will be going back
