Natural Elements for Hair

This salon rips their clients off with promotional hair care promo packs that come out around Christmas. My mum purchased an Aromas gift pack on the 23/12/21 which stated on the box that it was buy 1 get 2 products free, when my mum went to pay the 2nd year apprentice for the hair cut, colour and gift pack, the second year apprentice tried to whisper to Tammy “how much are these?” Tammy’s response was $55. One 200ml of shampoo does not retail for $55.Tammy you have contradicted yourself. You may want to proof read your reply before posting.You also wouldn’t accept a medical certificate that my sister tried to give to you for her mental health and basically said “not to bother coming back” be careful because you can get done for unfair dismissal.Mental health is a very serious issue and you need to take it seriously. Shame on you!

It has taken some time to find the time to sit down and write this review because I do not regularly write reviews. I had my hair done by Natural Elements for Hair in early December 2022. Having a high risk pregnancy, I had not had my hair done in over 6 months and was very anxious about the whole process and also the risks associated with various illnesses that are presently out at the time given my condition. Tammy was more than accommodating, friendly, understanding and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I commend the business for the importance it places on their health standards and would recommend this hair dresser for any pregnant ladies. I was very happy with the end result of my colour and happy to know that they do not use harsh chemical products. Definitely coming back for my next colour.

Tammy waved my hair for an event on Saturday. She was so lovely and friendly even though she was super busy. She was so fast and my waves looked amazing, just as I asked! She was so knowledgeable and provided me with tips to keep my waves looking fresh all weekend as I had another event the next day. Three days later and my waves are still so nice. So happy will definitely be back!

Tammy is an amazing hairdresser, takes time and care . Always feel great after colour and cut

Had my hair done here yesterday. I actually never leave reviews but from someone who has struggled to find a good hairdresser I wanted to help others out.I’m someone who likes having nice hair but doesn’t actually know how to explain what I want done. I imagine this is quite hard for hairdressers - but Tammy gave me the best haircut, colour and experience.Last minute request which she was able to cater for on a Saturday! I was there for a few hours. Very relaxing! Great head massage and chair. I fell asleep! She had such excellent and lovely staff. I was so well loved after by everyone! Every single client hair looked fabulous when they left in all shades - blonde, brunette, black and grey!This certainly isn’t a make or break for a hair appointment but as the cream on the cake - the salon looked great - stylish, big mirrors between clients which created a private experience and lovely personal teapot and cup which just added to the experience.I also never do this (because I’m camera shy) but I’ll post a couple of photos. Thanks Tammy for my amazing hair and morning yesterday. I love my hair and I’ll definitely be back and recommending you to others.

Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from this business. As advertised on the google page, the business is meant to be open till 6pm on a Friday. I arrived at 5:10pm and no one was at the front desk. After waiting for 10 minutes, a worker greeted me, her hair soaking wet with shampoo residue. Considering they are open till 6pm with all lights and doors open, I don’t believe this is professional. I asked for a simple fringe trim and was told that this could not be done. Might I add that the salon was completely free of customers. Disappointing.

Really happy with my hair, I told Tammy exactly what I wanted and she delivered. I have received compliments on my haircut as well as how healthy and shiny it looks after the organic smoothing treatment. I'm so happy to have found such a good salon so close to me and will be returning as a regular.
