I have seen Ashley for the last three years for a range of issues from gender to anxiety, trauma and relationship issues. Ashley always has a way of helping me to break down my issues into bite sized pieces and guide me to overcome them.With Ashley's help and using the coping mechanisms I learnt from our sessions I have been able to turn my life around and actively look towards my future with hope and also thoroughly enjoy living in the present.For anyone dealing with gender, mental health etc I would never hesitate to recommend Dr Ashley Van Houten.
