I was so impressed by SnakeOut Snake's service from the first moment I called through to the removal of the snake from my shed. Yani and Heino were so helpful, informative, and generous with their time and their knowledge, and that was before I had even made the booking. They are obviously very committed to the wellbeing of our wildlife as well as the safety of their customers and their families and pet. I felt the prices were very reasonable and actually the whole experience was an adventure and super educational. Thanks Yani and Heino.

Janne from Snake Out knows what he is doing. It's impressive to see him in action, just casually, but carefully, wrangling an Eastern Brown or some other dangerous, or even non-dangerous, critter. He cares as much about the safety and comfort of the snake/reptile/animal he is removing, as he does for the client. If you need a snake removed safely, and you care that it will be relocated in the best manner possible, or patched up if it has been injured, then Snake Out is who you want.

Wow. Janne was amazing. I called him at 7:15am. He arrived at 7:35 and showed him where the snake was camped inside our house. The snake was in his bag within minutes and safely deposited outside. Done. Great service, reasonable price.
