The Gasometer Hotel
One of the few remaining old school pubs with a band room. Great bar snacks, recommend the buffalo wings - fantastic. Friendly service, great beer selection and the surprise is the cocktail list with the old fav Espresso Martini. Good mix of locals and band followers (groupies).

This place was so disrespectful. They kicked me out after a couple drinks. I have been to multiple places on this same street and they have not treated me the same. They were rude and awful. It’s a bar, obviously people are going to be drinking. Other people in the bar were more incoherent. It seems they made a snap judgement which was incorrect. 0/5

Great place for live music. Good variety of beers on tap. Has large podium downstairs and a smaller one upstairs.

It's a pub!! Does what it says on the lablr AND quite decent pizza... try the Karen - tasty moist piece. Also some cosy performance areas with some great talent coming through. Get in and eat drink watch and be merry.

(*2.5*) Decent experience, went to see a concert and the overall vibes were good. With the exception of getting shouted at whilst coming back from the bathroom as I carried my drink in with me (as I had no one to mind it) flash forward 2 minutes I’m getting shouted at because the woman who worked there was so adamant that she “definitely didn’t serve that drink here.” Well maybe she needs a refresh of what she stocks at her own bar because they clearly do serve somersby…which i then pointed to the bar staff who served me. When she realised she was wrong her reply was “my bad” with no apology in sight. Not great customer service in my opinion.

They have a bunch of Moondog seltzers on tap which is awesome for those of us that are sick of beer. Haven't seen a band there yet so can't speak to that.

Had a great time at the gasometer. Security guard Peter was friendly and inviting and went out of his way to make our group feel safe. Him and the other security guards ensured a comfortable environment for everyone. Would recommend.

Love this pub! So many great little areas that always has something going on, and the main band room is absolutely epic with a roof that opens (weather pending of course), and the super friendly staff will certainly help you get merry.
