This service is horrible and honestly a joke. We booked them to clean the apartment on Monday before having to hand back the keys to the place. They did not show up on the day and time we booked and did not answer any calls. Turned up the next day demanded money up front and only cleaned half the apartment and left. It is now the day 3, and the place is still not clean. We must return the keys to the place and they still have not completed the apartment despite numerous calls being ignored and them lying about coming to do it at certain times. They take your money and do not complete the job. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and rude. would never recommend this business!!!!

Scam - do not book with them. They will rip you off. Booked my bond clean for 10am in the morning and they didn't show up until 7pm in the evening after continuously telling me that they were half an hour away". When they did finally show up in the evening they demanded money upfront and ended up not doing the job. They did not clean the carpets even though I was charged for it as they claimed there were too many stairs in my building (which they never told.me upfront) they did not clean anything what they promised and left the place half way through the job. When I called they wouldn't pick up until I called from a different phone and told me that in order for them to come back i would need the report from the real estate. I explained to them that there is no way I would hand the apartment over to my real estate in that state and that I would want them either to come back and fix it or give me a refund. They refused to do so. I had to hire a carpet cleaner and spend all day cleaning. They refuse to give me my money back. I will put a report through with the Police and ACCC. Do not book with them save yourself the stress"

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!Very unprofessional and do not care about their customers. Was very happy to take my money off me straight away but will not cooperate when told that their clean was still not good enough from my realestate even after the second clean. It’s very hard to get a hold of anyone to speak too and will not give my money back. They state on their website that they have a ‘7 days bond back guarantee’ which is clearly fake and false advertising. I will be taking my matters through to the ACCC and not letting this company get away with it.

If I could give this so called business a -5 stars I wouldFirstly they didn’t arrive when they said they would and when they finally did (4 hours later) the execution of the job was absolutely ridiculous!!They only cleaned 1/3 of a 1 bedroom apartment and left so much to still be done that I had to hire a different bond cleaning business the next day to do what they were meant to.When I contacted them (in India) to let them know the job was completely unsatisfactory they offered a $40 refund …. they charged $550Do not use this “company” it’s a complete sham run by an overseas telecommunications serviceI am reporting them to every Australian regulations authority that I can

An absolute disgrace. Reviews on their webpage are clearly all made up and not a true reflection of their work. Full payment was made and zero communication around returning to complete once the Real Estate Exit Report was done despite them stating several times someone is organising it and a supervisor is being contacted. It took me three days to try and organise someone to go back and re do the property and in the end I had to go back and complete the task myself or risk losing my bond all together. Extremely rude staff with no communication once money has been received. Several phone calls for the bond to be paid but once this has been done they do not return calls and are extremely rude.

This company is a scam. They demanded payment up front and the first clean they attempted was so bad that our real estate questioned if anyone had done it at all. After promising to rectify the issue with a second clean, they came and did an even worse job, which resulted in the real estate using our bond to pay for someone else to do the job they obviously could not do. The customer service is a disgrace and the service itself is fraudulent and arguably illegal. We are still trying to get a refund for the negligent service we received, which has been made almost impossible by their unresponsiveness, lack of professionalism and desire to do nothing more than take our money. We are going to file a report with the ACCC and fair trading, as it is obvious that this company is ripping honest people off at every turn. Do not book with them.

Warning: Stay away from this company.This needs a negative or 0 stars.Booked a Bond Clean scheduled for Monday 16th of May.I called on Friday and made it crystal clear the clean needed to be started around 9 - 10am and completed by 2pm for an inspection in the afternoon.I was assured that this was not a problem and it would all be taken care of.I asked multiple times, when I would get confirmation that cleaners would arrive Monday morning and I was told tomorrow (Saturday).I made a $50 deposit, (which I still haven't received yet)Didn't receive a call on Saturday.Received a call on Sunday at 1:19pm, I thought this is the call confirming the clean.It was, however the man on the phone wanted to move the clean to Tuesday. I immediately said this is not possible as the inspection is due for Monday afternoon.He quickly promised he could arrive at 9am Monday.I specifically offered 2 - 3 times, if you can't complete the job let me know now so I can make alternative arrangements.He said all is fine.I moved from Brisbane to the Gold Coast so next morning I needed to drive from Gold Coast for 1.5 hrs to Brisbane to meet the cleaners at 9am.I receive a call at 8:41am from the same man saying his team can't make it and can we reschedule to Tuesday.I said no and I'm already 10 minutes away from the property.He said he would make some calls to get a team to my property.I called back at 9:02am and he is still trying to find a team and giving me vague timelines like I will call back soon" I had to force him to give me a timeline eventually he said he would call back in 1 hour (which is pathetic).I received a call back at 9:46am saying unfortunately the cleaner won't be able to come complete the job.Now leaving me with almost no time to find another cleaner.Pathetic.Still have not received my refund and it's 11:40.Do not go anywhere near this company

DO NOT USE!!! Took my money upfront, arrived later than the booked in time, didn't complete the job, phoned them and they said that they would return the next day. Didn't show up, they came back on the Sunday, was on site for 45 minutes Max, said the job was done. When I walked through and went and told them that it was not done, they came in wiped one wall and then left when my back was turned. Would not answer phone calls, told me to get the realestate to chase them up but would not give a receipt. I will be taking them to small claims court to get my money back.

So just got scammed out of the $40 deposit. Don't use this company. There are heaps and heaps of negative review of scamming on Product Review dating back to last year. This company will take your money and not give it back.
