A staff member who was working out before her shift was very rude to members, so much for the “you belong” that they always say. The male staff was very polite though

Everything about the gym was awesome - the only downfall was a rude staff member.I was using a guest pass with a friend and I haven’t been the gym in 6 months and was checking in the mirror to see how much muscle I had lost.Instead of being polite and informing us of the rules in an informative way, we were essentially threatened to have a strike recorded against our membership. We weren’t rude but the staffer gave us a crazy amount of attitude which has completely turned me off from purchasing a membership there.
