Amazing Pilates studio!! All instructors are absolutely wonderful, the classes are nice and intimate where you receive personal guidance to gain the most out of your workout. I always feel amazing walking out of each class I attend.

Always an amazing class at Launceston Pilates. All instructors are very technical and will ensure you are completely the exercises accurately for a great workout. But also making it fun! No better place in Launceston!

Launceston Pilates
I have been attending Launceston Pilates for 4 months now and really like working on the reformer, especially doing arm work with the straps : )The small class setting is great and ALL the instructors are very professional, knowledgeable and show care and interest with all attendees. Every class is a bit different, keeps it interesting and fun.I highly recommend trying reformer Pilates : )

Launceston Pilates
Launceston Pilates has helped me achieve greater flexibility, mobility, and strength without putting stress on my body like workouts in the past have. The studio is inviting from the moment you walk in, welcomed by the skilled and friendly instructors. No session is the same but guaranteed to be a challenge and full of laughs. Always the highlight of my day when I attend - I cannot recommend Launceston Pilates enough!

Fantastic pilates studio so close to everything. Small class size is great, you get personalised routines. Instructors are absolutely lovely and always encouraging. Love it! Highly recommend!

Launceston Pilates
Launceston Pilates is a boutique, yet down-to-earth, Pilates studio. With only 6 reformers in the class, the space is intimate, meaning there is plenty of opportunity for one-on-one support and feedback. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable and they make every class unique, challenging and fun. This is by far Launceston’s best Pilates studio!

Launceston Pilates
Love attending classes at the LP studio. Each of the instructors are amazing and attentive, making people of all shapes, sizes and skill levels feel welcome, supported as well as challenged in each class. The prenatal program is fantastic and Charis modifies exercises to support vour body so that vou can feel your best during pregnancy. The postnatal program is a great way to get back into gentle exercise after birth and being able to bring bub along is a great bonus.
