I had an amazing hairdresser - I think her name is Cinta, she's the manager - who cut my hair yesterday. I called and got an appointment in an hour's time!My hairdresser was very skilled and cut my hair exactly as the photos I brought. I got a pixie cut. She was very fast and the price is very affordable. They also gave my son - 3 yo - a seat next to me, which was very nice.I then got her to change my hair and there was a miscommunication but my hairdresser changed my hair as I asked. I realised once I got home that I had made a mistake as she'd cut my hair exactly as per the photo the first time and what I was asking for was very different. And I'm very happy with my haircut.She did a fantastic job and I'd definitely go back.

The lovely staff saved the day. I got a haircut from out of area it was aweful, with 2 weeks until my wedding. The staff gave me an appointment within 5 mins, and my style was fixed straight away. Great service and skilful staff.

I came in for a full head of highlights and unfortunately my hair was not done correctly. I was offered to come back in the next day and the manager corrected my hair. I am not complaining about the hair mistake as it was corrected. But I had two very different days; the first day I was getting my hair done the manager was not present- the atmosphere in the salon was happy and a nice place to be. It was busy, music was playing and lots of chatter was around. They accommodated to my needs well.The second day I got my hair done by the manager it was clear the manager did not have any respect for the girls, they were constantly told off, sworn at,talked and directed in a very rude manner. Whilst having my hair done the atmosphere was horrible, it made me feel like I wanted to leave straight away. The girls seems afraid of the manager with her eyes always looking for their mistakes. She came across as aggressive and her body language- finger pointing, shouting and head shaking was all in-front of the customers. The young girl was told off regularly and taken out the back of the salon to what I can only think as “more telling off”. The girl was keen to learn but seemed to be the “slave” of her manager and not actually learning or supporting. Although it was a quieter day for the salon the girls looked busy and was cleaning and finding things to do but the manager always asked what they were doing whilst doing my hair. She also checked her watch regularly and walked off on many occasions during my hair treatment and left me for long periods of time not knowing what was happening.I usually love having my hair done but it has been a stressful experience overall and would not be going back.

A little while ago I booked myself in for the Friday hair was good and Saturday with Ashlee for my daughter as she is getting married on Tuesday had nothing but good reviews about your Salon.I get you guys were busy yesterday and staff called in sick and one of the staff members had to bring her child in. But this was a one off for my daughter to have a bit of a pamper before her wedding it was so gut wrenching for her to have what she got yesterdayAshlee was obviously busy with other people. Did not even come near her. The young blond intern dyed her hair not one word was spoken to her except put your head down or up. So much dye was around her head I had to wipe it off. Then she sat their for for so long before it was washed off and then the same blond came back to dry her hair again not a word. For her then to have the lady come and cut her hair, she asked for a little trim she has cut so much of her hair it will now change the style she has picked for her design for her wedding shame on you all. This is absolutely so wrong I'm guttered not to mention my daughterI mentioned that one of the staff members bought their child in. This all happens to us at one time or another totally get it but when he started leaning on a chair rolling it around the salon so fast nearly running over people's toes not to mention the work health and safety concerns this was another thing that was not ok. Some of the staff thought it was funny the lady that cut my daughter's hair asked him a number of times to stop.I have no words only to say that you have changed my daughters wedding and have not given her an experience she deserved before her big day shame on you all.

I received a hair cut here on Saturday, thinking that hairdressers are all trained the same and that I will get the same quality hair cut here that I would most other places. It says walk in and make an appointment, given that it was a Saturday I knew it was busy and had to come back at 2:30 in a few ours. I came back at 2:30, waited until almost three to see the hairdresser, she bluntly asked what I wanted. I said I would like a little off the bottom please, and without showing me where she was going to cut she just started hacking, I had no idea how much she was taking off, then she started cutting layers into my hair that look very uneven and choppy. I walked out of there ready to cry and my friend even commented how choppy my hair looked after it was done. I get nervous going to hairdressers and my hair is quite long, but this was a new level of traumatic, and I am booked in to get it evened out and hopefully fixed. Its way shorter than I wanted, and its about to get much shorter to try and fix the damage and uneven layers that were cut in. I don’t like to complain, and I wouldn’t take the time to voice this but I really don’t want other to have the same experience as me. I’m embarrassed and upset, my hair looks awful.

Unfortunately I never got around to getting my hair done here. As both times I made an appointment they canceled on me. I wouldn’t waste your time trying to book an appointment just go else where as that is what you will end up needing to do

Disgusted with service and results, lady was sassy, did nothing I asked for and told me to come back in 6 weeks to do it.All I wanted was to not look like a rabbit dog with a bowl cut. Left wanting to cry and cut it off again.

Went there for a makeover and Shaima was absolutely amazing did exactly what I want and turned out amazing I highly recommend her lovely salon and lovely staff ❤️❤️
