The Athlete's Foot Coffs Harbour

I have been to this store many times and am mostly happy with the service received. I purchased my children's school shoes here this week and was attended to by the lovely Emily. Nothing was an issue, Emily was only to happy to help. A great manner and exceptional service, thank you Emily :)

I'd like to personally thank Jess for her expertise and knowledge, she knew exactly what shoe I needed to alleviate the hip knee and feet pain I was feeling as a result of pregnancy and being on my feet all day. My days are pain free now!

I purchased 2 pairs of mens Nike Pegasus Air Zoom from Coffs Harbour. I had bought them when they went on sale. I wore one pair and had kept the 2nd pair as a spare. My daughters boy friend wears the same size as I do and when they last visited I offered him the new pair I hadn’t worn as his were looking in need of replacement. He said the right shoe seemed a bit small so I tried them and I agreed. On closer examination the US size was the same but the UK and EU size was smaller. I took them back and they told me the right shoe was a woman’s shoe. They refused to replace them as they only had the newer model and offered a refund or pay the extra for the new pair. I personally feel that this mistake was not of my making and the Athletes Foot should have done the right thing and replaced them. This was extremely poor customer service.

I've shopped here twice now, about a year apart and had great experiences both times. This most recent time I was helped by Patrick and he was brilliant. He was very friendly and chatty and had great suggestions of what shoes are best for what purpose.Highly recommend

I wrote an email to their customer service department 3 days prior to this review (19/8/22) and have not heard back, even though their website claims that they respond to emails Monday to Sunday and aims to get back within 1 day. I would not have written this review had their service department responded to my email by now.I visited their Coffs Harbour Store on the 19/8/22 twice (morning and afternoon) and upon leaving the 2nd time their senior staff member made a disrespectful comment about my 2nd visit (in an angry tone) to the Junior staff as to 'why had I asked the same question of the Junior that I had asked her earlier in the morning!'. She thought I had not heard/noticed her unacceptable comment/behaviour.My query was actually about a different pair of shoes that I had seen on the 'Athletes Foot' website after my morning visit (I was advised by the Junior staff that their Coffs store did not keep that model shoe anyway).Their head office obviously needs to provide extra training to their in-store staff regarding minimum standards of customer service skills and pick up their act at the complaints/customer service department.Unacceptable at both ends of their teams!

Great store, had great service and made a purchase of sketches, so comfortable and the guy that served me was very helpful and nothing was to much bother. Thank you.

Super friendly staff. Their manager jessie really knows her stuff. Got my new shoes, socks and inner soles. Super comfy. Will definitely be coming back

After trying to puchase a pair of Ascent slides that I was recommended to get from the Athletes foot by my podiatrist they had a very limited range of that brand that I often find is the case and had to get the ascent thong the tops are too small and have given me extreme discomfort since wearing them.Went-back to the store to see what alternative could be found the shop assistant was extremely disinterested,I needed another pair of joggers that I was told to get didn’t have my size they offered to order them hut thought I can do that myself went straight to the company & saved $80 I usually like to shop local but won’t be shopping there again.

I am writing this review to help the owner or manager of the store understand the impact their staff can have on potential business opportunities. Today, on Easter Monday (10/04/23), my son and I walked into the store to purchase a shoe for him. Upon entering, we noticed that there were two staff members (a male and a female) on the floor who were serving other customers that were also searching for shoes. Unfortunately, both staff members completely ignored us, even though they could have welcomed us with a line such as Please feel free to look around and let me know if you need anything. I am currently serving this client."It is important to emphasize that the other customers were just browsing for shoes
