James was incredibly professional, communication was 10/10 & super reliable as he helped squeeze in a new AC unit install right before Christmas whilst we were sweating it out in the QLD summer!! I highly recommend James for any airconditioning needs you may have! He is reliable, professional and efficient. James turned up on time and followed through with everything that he said he would do, a rarity with any type of trade at the moment. He installed 2 split system systems and we couldn't be happier!
