Sarah and Brenton were great and we appreciated their honesty. We fully trusted their expertise and advice. Sarah explained everything before and after Mahi's surgery. Also thank you to the nurse that apparently bonded with our dog overnight - we know she would have been very scared and anxious.

Staff are always welcoming and focussed on my pets welfare whilst also being mindful of my budget (& make plans accordingly if required). Every veterinarian I've seen at JCU understands that my dogs lives are the most important thing to me and accordingly suggest treatments they may require now or in the future.< br />I recently saw Dr Gillian Fagan and she was absolutely delightful. I hope that she stays at JCU as I'd love for her to be my dogs' veterinarian going forward. The staff at JCU VET always have a welcoming attitude and appreciation that my dogs' welfare is my highest priority.

I could not be happier with the service at JCU. From the receptionists, to the nurses to the surgeon, they were all amazing and helped our dog, Slinky, with his IVDD. I can safely say Slinky was in the best hands he could possibly be in during the three nights he stayed there and was made to feel as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process, as were we. He is recovering so so well from his operation and we couldn't recommend JCU and all the staff enough. Thank you Dr. Brenton for fixing our boy and thank you to everyone for helping Slinky and making sure he was so well looked after. We couldn't be happier with the great service we received.

I have had to bring both my dogs to the jcu vet in the last 2 months for random emergency presentations and both times have had excellent care, great explanations and follow up. The team was friendly, welcoming and approachable.

Everyone is always very friendly, helpful and professional. Great communication and they patiently and clearly explain everything. The waiting room is well designed with a drink and snack machine, tea/coffee, and a bathroom. The JCU Vet waiting room has a very calming and welcoming vibe. My pet gets so excited when we arrive, he can't wait to get inside.

The staff are compassionate and friendly, they understand how important our pets are to us and never make us feel like we're a nuisance. They are gentle and understanding of our pets needs. The staff communicate with us so well and their dedication to making sure our pets have the best care is above and beyond. They saved my little man's life and I am so grateful to them.

Caring friendly staff. So patient with my dog. The caring nature of both the student and surgeon towards my dog was most appreciated. They recognised his stress and allowed for a pause.

Dr Gill was excellent as usual. We had a late appointment but she was more than willing to help Lily and her damaged Dew Claw. Lily required sedation and the Claw clipping right back and despite the late appointment they carried out procedure. Absolutely excellent service. The staffs compassion and willingness to help

They have taken really good care of our poodle for years. We were originally referred by our vet as our dog has heart troubles. We were able to see a meds specialist and that changed Lotus's life. Instead of being on Furosemide 8 years prematurely, she was prescribed Pimobendan and Benzoprol, both of which did the job and have no adverse side effects.

The staff were excellent listeners and calm in a crisis. They were wonderful during reception and trough treatment and even gave us options for post treatment care if necessary.Huge thank you to Dr.Ridley in particular for being a genuinely loving and compassionate vet who listened to us and thought about what was best for her patient, for us financially and gave us all of the options so we could decide on the best course of action together. She saved my guinea pig's life and gave us more time together (as short as it still may be given his life span); something that other vets in her position have refused to even attempt due to him being an unusual pet.
