Tried to get a quote to have our leaking balcony repaired. I left a message and never heard back from anyone. I phoned again and spoke to someone. They said they would phone back and come to the house to provide a quote on the Thursday. No-one called or visited the house. That was a few weeks ago now. A customer should not have to chase up a business multiple times and still get nowhere.

Don’t waste your time!!! They are very unprofessional and they don’t respond to emails or messages and when I finally got someone on the phone and mentioned I had left messages and sent emails they laughed and said someone would get back to me and weeks later and still no call.

Very disappointed with the after service I recieved. My hot water service was installed in my rental property, 12 months after the install it was found to be installed incorrectly. It has been very difficult to get this corrected and in the end had to get another plumber to correct the problem. I would not recommend this company.
