They had my phone for 2 months and didn't fix it.they always took 5 min+ to find my phone in thier store.Very Very unprofessional.When I got my still damaged phone back, parts were missing.DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PHONE WITH THEMor at least take a few photos of your phone from all anglesin case they want to steal your phone parts

My phone had battery issues, and the first time I went to get it fixed, I gave my phone to them and 40 minuets later I came back to retrieve it, and there was a different man at the counter, and it took him about 5 min just to find my phone. When I got back home I charged it up and the issue had not been resolved. I rung them up and that man said that if I took it back, they would fix it agin, free of charge. I took it back and they fixed it almost straight away, and my phone works well now. I think the problem with this store is that there is two people managing the customers, one of them is useless, and the other one is very helpful.

I was worried about the daunting process of changing phones, however, with the knowledge and beautiful help of the lovely and friendly assistant, the whole process was made so easy. ten out of ten for the service which I received. I would highly recommend coming here.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I just received.We paid $160 to have my iPhone screen repaired. They claim to use high quality glass etc.I put a screen protector on my phone.I dropped it on CARPET and it’s cracked. Rubbish quality.So. We called them. The guy told us he can give us a $20 discount to get it fixed again!!When my partner got on the phone he had the audacity to tell him “I’m sick of you”.Horrible customer service and cheap product from China.Save your money and go elsewhere.

After having my screen replaced, within 12 hours it had cracked in the exact same place as previously.It had not been dropped, there are no signs of impact. But apparently it was caused by movement.I.e. In my pocket. I forgot to you shouldn't keep it there.... the best offer was a 30 dollar discount I'm comparison to what I had previously paid.Thank you for literally nothing.

I can confirm that the phone repair shop on Wells Street, Frankston, near Young Street, is excellent. Just over an hour and out the door with a new screen and protectors. $129 for the new screen. Good service.
