Worst experience all 3 times. First Lady was so rude, physically rough moving my legs, had to ask to change people.Gave benefit of the doubt by going back seeing someone else, overcharged on all occasions I noticed last visit doing the math. Second visit, infection in my toe from a cut.Literally same service all 3 times and different price all 3 times. $65, $70, $80. No shame in ripping people off. Avoid.

My first review was positive but lately each and every time I get my nails done here they break within a week or two of getting them done.Zero idea as to why this is happening but so far three times in a row did my pedi and mani nails break on me.Lucky I usually get them done prior to an event cos if I didn’t I would be extra upset.So yeah not good. Not good at all.

One of nail technician did my acrylic my nail today. She made a cut 3 spots and even she saw my blood but she ignored it.After paying I said you should be careful" but she kept saying that is not her fault."

My mum and I went to get our nails done together there today. All the Staff were so so lovely and there was a beautiful welcoming vibe in the store :). Also we are both very happy with our nails so thank you guys! The two girls who did our nails were Alise (I hope I spelt that right!) and Hannah. They did a very good job for an amazing price :D.Definitely will go back there, I highly recommend ♥

I am appalled by the quality of the service. The lady has butchered my natural nail, I've got cuts and blood (IN my nails, not around) from what was meant to be a simple Acrylic removal. She tried to be nice ill give her that, but in all the years I had my nails done I've never experienced this. Even after leaving the store my finger nails are so sore. And if you're planning on paying anything by card under $35 you must have cash they will not accept any card payment, or apply a surcharge.

This place used to be my favourite but from today it became the worst place.The staff acually said because gel nail Idid before is not gel that she need to charge more.Then I explained it is gel then she told me it’s too thick that she still needs to charge more since it takes too long to take off.I don’t mind charging but not this way.Then the service was the worst ever.I choose two colours to compare but she didn’t even tell me one of the colours I chose was empty and tried to put on the other colour I chose. She didn’t even tell me or ask me if I like the colour or not. I felt so upset. Moreover she didn’t even did my nails properly that tip of my thumb’s nail looks so bad.Doing nails always made my day but today I feel so upset and angry.Will never ever going to this shop again.Worst place ever!!Don’t remember the old days here. I’m telling you.Do not go here!!
