Hands down the best nail store in Townsville, I went in today and got Christmas nails, and let me just say I’m very happy with my nails and Christmas designs. I felt very welcome by all the staff, lovely customer service . I’ll definitely be back in the new year.

Quite small in size, but very kind and accommodating. Nails and colour have held beautifully, even after 4 weeks. Only room for improvement would be cleanliness, maybe just tidying up and wiping things over a bit more frequently.

Never again, they could not do a simple dragonfly artwork, I asked for matte but didn't get it, when doing my toes, I advised the colour wasn't what I chose, the man told me that the colour I chose was too light, darker is better, I also asked for matte and when I didn't get it I asked if they are unable to do matte, the man said matte is no good for toes, gets too dirty too quickly, shiny is better for toes. They said they could do matte, so they changed it to matte. I am always open to suggestions, but I don't like it when they take it upon themselves to choose for me and not tell me. Also, I made an appt for 10am and didn't get out until 12pm.

Went here because I was on holidays and trying to find somewhere to get my nails done, lovely colour lovely people, but got them done and none 24hours went by without one chipping or breaking went to get it fixed and they charged me to get it fix now 2 days later another one has snapped on the side and they’re not even all the way to the cuticles so won’t be going here next time I’m in the state

Amazing and Qualified Nail Technicians who care for their customer needs and medical conditions. Can't fault this gorgeous, relaxing atmosphere and friendliness of the Owners and their Staff. Love their nail work and their nail art.
