Friendly service but food is very average and expensive for what you get. Ordered the Beef Ragout pasta, got the below tiny quantity with little to no beef ragout or sauce for $25+. Ridiculous! and Disappointing!

Have been here a few times and had great meals. Only once did I get a meal I couldn't eat but they refunded my money immediately. Next visit it was back to the high standard we are used too.

First time staying in gundagai on a 44° day, took the family here to be greeted by some heavy rough looking woman with short red hair that simply pointed to the door as we walk in and snarled no singlets". I would've got a different top from the car but i had already seen enough. Went to the FAMILY HOTEL just down the road. It was awesome. Bbq ribs were amazing and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. FAMILY HOTEL ⭐⭐⭐⭐"

Food is good but services is awful, we wait for 25 minutes and some customers order behind us had finish their food. We even changes our order to take away to remind them about our order and we got a box almost cool down already. Which means they made food already just don’t want to serve to us. Never be so disappointed.

Was there tonight for dinner. Staff really fun and friendly and enjoyed a joke. Service was quick and the food really good, very pleasant to find out they used local butchers meat. We had the spring rolls - the best I've had in ages, and the lamb cutlets were fantastic. Happy to return and to recommend

Good service but the food was not nice. Too much salad dressing on salad and 99%leaves plus too expensive. The club was a bit cool although we had fun on the pokies.

Absolutely shocking customer service from the establishment owner this morning. The lovely girl serving us was belittled and berated right in front of us, all the while our presence was not even acknowledged aside from questioning our order because she didn’t trust the girl assisting us. Overall it was an extremely uncomfortable experience, especially for my guest who I had recommended this place to. Definitely won’t be returning, much like many other locals who swore this place off the minute it opened. The owner definitely needs to work on her attitude that’s for sure.

Brilliant . My wife had the ribs , I had the pork belly. We would have been happy if it was dished up at a waterfront restaurant in Sydney or Melbourne. So having it a a regional club and both priced under $30 made for a surprisingly unexpected ,very enjoyable experience. Thank you.
