Best gym in the city. Wish it was 24 hours. I love the 3 levels. Spacious areas available to set up your own workout. Squat racks are of great quality. Only improvement would be the toilets in the women's area. Some of the doors don't even shut so you can't lock it. Love the Sauna and steam room. Classes are perfectly set up with great equipment. Only improvements needed is better music, sometimes there is no music. The bathrooms need to be updated.

Would not recommend this gym. Facilities are very old and need updating desperately. I don't know how they get away with calling it a Platinum Gym". There are still even signs for Fitness First around the lockers despite it being a Goodlife now. Staff members are rude and not helpful

After it became Goodlife, it got really bad. Bad cleaning always lack paper towels in the bathrooms and they don't repair the equipment that often only has one. Opening hours are also terrible

Has really gone downhill recently since Goodlife has taken over. 2 cubicles in the women’s bathrooms have been broken for ages. The sink stinks. Half of the lockers do not work, and you have to borrow a key card to use them as your pass will not open them. Was told they have no plans to change this system. Just seems like they don’t care. The equipment is tired and old. Overpriced for what it offers. Only good thing is a choice of lunchtime classes like pump, combat, Pilates and yoga. The Queen St Goodlife is much better.

Good gym lots of equipment it is set over 3 floors which is different. The change and shower / change rooms are a bit dated and impractical in some regards otherwise great.

Ok they’ve fixed the music issues here which is nice. But the gym is incredibly busy on weekday peak hours; there’s also a very rude personal trainer who hoards up to FOUR different spots/machines/benches in the morning. Just utterly frustrating. The gym must have like 50+ people on each floor in the morning and there’s this one person hogging 4 spots. He should be banned.

I had to put one star so I can write comments. This club doesn't even deserve that. I have done RPM in this club and it was appalling. Bikes are revolting. Here are the pictures , I let you be the judge yourself

Don't accept fitness passport. To their credit, they let me in for a session anyway. 5 stars once they accept FP.
