I have been using Proski, Newcastle for a few years now. Found Alan and the team to be most knowledgeable and helpful. Alan did me a pair of ski boots, measuring, fitting, remeasuring, refitting, checking different boot brands to get the correct one for me. Took them to Japan for a 9 week test out. Wonderful.

I came in today looking for a snowboard and boots and was served by Brendan. He was very helpful and knowledgaeble and was able to answer all of my questions. I felt that he was very honest and wasn’t trying to sell me anything that didn’t suit my needs. Perfect customer service!

Had a pair of boots that gave me grief when skiing.I went to Proski in Newcastle in search of a new pair of boots and spoke with Alan. Alan took some measurements and chose 3 pairs of boots he said would work. Narrowed it down to one pair, now after actually using them on the ski slopes I can truly say I have control and comfort. I’m stoked with the service and advice at Proski.

The staff at proski were super helpful and friendly in advising me on stuff to hire for my first ever trip to the snow a month or so ago. The lady who served me was super knowledge and able to advise me on what to hire and what would be best value. Would totally recommend to friends and will be going back to them for any future ski trips!

Poor quality waxing, very rude and arrogant technician in the workshop. Took my board in for a wax, was going to scrape it myself. Went to pickup the board and there were a bunch of spots that were missed. I asked the tech to run an iron over it and he told me that the board was fine and that he had been servicing boards for 35 years, insinuating that I didn't know what I was talking about (I worked in a tuning shop for 6 years). Very condesending attitude. I'll leave it to the photos for you to decide whether they did a good job. Giving 2 stars because when I complained at the front desk they didn't charge me.

Recently purchased a pair of snowboard boots in store after researching them on there online store. After returning home realised they had charged me $40 more than their advertised price online, sent an email and had no response back. Don’t shop in store as they will bump up there prices as to what they advertise online and hope you don’t notice.

Better customer service over a phone. AvoidNew to boating/water sports and originally went it to buy something small after an online purchase. Mentioned the fact I’d bought something online recently and Alan said I should shop local. I thought sure and even though the prices are higher in store I decided to support local. Spend approx $2,500 over a week and was up sold and pushed into sales I didn’t require. Went back for a refund on items which were sold to me that I didn’t require and was shown no consideration.The stores arrogant approach to supporting the people that support them is surprisingStick to online to avoid disappointment

Couldn't be happier with service and products I received recently at ProSki Newcastle. Dylan was very helpful over the phone as was Alan who helped out with a boot fit on a very busy Sunday. Would not hesitate in shopping at ProSki again!!!

I went to Proski to have my ice skates punched to solve a fit issue. Alan was able to determine that punching would not fix it but proper fitting orthotics would. The orthotics were made in store and took about an hour. This has completely solved my issue.I was blown away by the service and knowledge. I will 100% be coming back to Proski in the future.Highly recommended - I would give 6 stars if I could

HIGHLY RECOMMEND PROSKI Newcastle...Good old fashioned customer service from a team who obviously know their stuff.. We have been dealing with Alan, Kelly and their team for over 15 years and have skied in many remote locations. We have never been let down by their recommendations, advise and industry knowledge. People in today's busy life often don't get time to say thank you when thank you is due. We had another wonderful trip this year, love the new skis and boots. Thank you for looking after our kids hire gear. To see our 3 and 5 year old skiing and having a great time just makes the trip all the more special...Thanks guys for all your help and going that extra mile to make sure not only our recent trip, but every one you have supplied us ski equipment for has been memorable...
