You gotta love MacPac!Welcoming environment, staff that actually cares and doesn’t just want to make a saleIt’s well designed, many items and different brands located in the store.Kayaks to underlays.A staff member left a huge impression on me. Mira! She was located in the Westfield Store but directed me to the Main store where I visited.And another thank you to Divania in the fountain gate store.Lovely staff. Love it at macpac.

Fantastic store with a large range of jackets and vests for both adults and kids. Lots of styles and lots of sizes too. Staff are very nice and helpful. Prices are quite reasonable and they are of good quality. Definitely recommended.

Very impressed with the guy's working at Macpac Fountain Gate. They went above and beyond catering to very my meticulous requests, and were very patient the entire time. They were able to snag me an amazing deal on a pair of boots and an awesome rain jacket! Thanks again guys!!!

Went in looking to buy a full camping setup. swags, fridge etc.. was greeted by a guy not sure his name, was a bald guy, he was really unhelpful and rude and suggested i go across the road to anaconda because i didnt have a mask on me. i ended up going to aussie disposals and spent just under 5k. will never come back to this store again.
