Our long term Business insurer issued us with a Professional Indemnity renewal that had almost doubled in price and advised us that there were no other options available to us. Wouldn’t recommend, I called to cancel my insurance. Three months later they were still taking money out of my account. Called multiple times for no one to call back. Finally got onto someone for them to say they hadn’t processed my cancellation. Then they wouldn’t refund me for the 3 months afterwards. Not very happy wouldn’t ever go back

Started to use the team at Newcastle Insurance Group 3 years ago and have never let me down. When I found out my previous insurer had not insured my building properly leaving me not properly insured for any damages to my roof, the team caught it and I signed on straight away. 3 months later my roof got damaged and thankfully it was covered.
