Greeted on entry and we let the lady know we were just browsing for now, this must have meant to her not to help us again, at all! 30min of trying to find boots and being ignored is poor customer service. Social chats are great ladies but perhaps keep it for after customers have been served or on the weekend In your own time.we won't be back.

The New Manager running this store should quit she is hopeless and rude.When this store originally opened the staff seemed happier and had more knowledge then now the store opened in 2021 and the staff were fantastic.if it was me running/owning this store I would be using/rehiring/retransferring the same staff that where there when I shopped last winter 2021.All the new staff and managers they have put on are absolutely uselesslistening to music with swear words and swearing out loud let alone the store isn't even clean there is dust and clothing scatted everywhere.This is one of the worst shops I have ever walked intoI m never shopping here again or at any of the RSEA shops quality is cheap and nasty everything is from china.
