After waiting a little while for the team to get back to me (they've been busy dealing with the after-effects of fires/floods and Covid) I couldn't have been more impressed with the service provided by Byron from Garden Thumb. He turned up on time, was professional, informative and performed a comprehensive analysis of my garden, giving me tips and tricks for management and planning moving forwards. Whilst the team is so busy at the moment, it was worth the wait. The philosophy at Garden Thumb is evident in their passion - true masters of their craft. I'm looking forward to seeing what the team of Garden Thumb can make of my currently untameable garden chaos.

Byron and his team recently completed a full yard makeover for us. The experience has been nothing short of awesome. A professional quote was produced promptly, the contract was compliant. A deposit was asked for and was reasonable. The work commenced on time, was completed on schedule and the quality was very good. The team cleaned up after themselves and Byron completed a follow up meeting to talk us through his finished work. Byron is a skilled professional and takes significant pride in his work. As someone with a Permaculture Design Diploma I chose Garden Thumb initially because some of the team have this background. We found Byron was honest from the start about about a long delay to the commencement date. Warning clients in this manner is excellent practice and we didn't blink an eye. When the work finally began Dave and Emerson worked like Trojans. They overcame significant unforeseen obstacles along the way whilst maintaining a cheerful attitude and attention to detail. We were very glad we got them to do the job rather than trying to do it ourselves.

Garden Thumb have just completed repairs to a collapsed bank at the rear of our home. Byron came initially and suggested options and gave an estimate of cost.His team are tops, pleasant and hard workers, they have done a great job and it came in under the estimate.We would recommend Garden Thumb to do a top job at the best price you could get, and they are professional and pleasant to deal with.

Byron, Dave and Colin did a exceptional job on our place. We had no idea what we wanted, other than the area had to be low maintenance. With eco-decking and australian natives, they came up with the goods. Perfect!! The boys always left the place clean after each day of working day. Byron's communication and customer service was the best I have ever dealt with in Batemans Bay. Dave was there working his butt off regularly, when Colin was called out to another job, and they both never waivered on their professionalism, craftsmanship and great humour. In fact, we are missing our daily chats. This was all during Covid19!! I highly recommend Byron and his fantastic team for your landscaping.
