Content Snare has been great. A bug or two here or there is to be expected, and Customer Service has always been a pleasant and efficient experience.I don't have time to be constantly nagging ALL of the clients I'm trying to get content from for their websites and now I don't have to because they're doing it for me. The different levels of tabs/sections/fields allow for tons of customization and we have the ability to come up with a variety of formats and test which one works best for our clientele.
