Myhealth Logan Village

I love seeing dr ken. He is a great doctor and genuinely cares about his patients. The other docs I have seen here are great as well. Very easy to talk to.

Rude. Don’t listen to the clients or take them seriously when you’ve been told from Logan hospital specialist to book an appointment with your GP for the help you need just for them to judge you and tell you that’s not the case.The front desk staff is hit and miss and treat you like a doormat

As always, Dr Mel is always efficient and lovely.She is always thorough and thinks outside the box at the same time. I always have a great experience and trust Dr Mel.

Always had good appointments at this clinic. I have a regular Doctor that I prefer but have had no problems getting an appointment with another doctor when he is unavailable. Always willing to follow through with any health problems.

Always a great experience going to this practice. The doctor I saw, Dr Melissa Ford, is fantastic. She always explains things I don’t understand & is very thorough when dealing with an issue. I have also seen Dr Amini as well & she is just as wonderful. Definitely recommend this place ☺️

Went to see Dr Ken, at 12:20pm had my appointment booked; but the reception staff was extremely rude and was arguing with me saying i don't know have a appointment .When i showed her my appointment confirmation she rolled her eyes at me and told me doctor Ken will arrive at 1pm and said,to rebook another appointment onlineFirst of all its Myhealth responsibility to let the patient know that the doctor will be coming late and reschedule the appointment for the patient.Honestly my health logan village teach your reception staff some basic manners on how to talk to patients i have been going to myhealth logan village for 5 years and this is the first time i have ever been treated like this.Wrost experience ever for the first timeRacist reception staff and very none friendly environmentThe old reception staff was the best bestAll the new reception staff is extremely rude and racist .Worst environment ever.

The GPs were very professional, helpful, and very accommodating during my visit. One of the receptionists who answered my queries was abrupt. I requested to reschedule my appointment but She reckons it was hard to reschedule my appointment (unhappy voice). That was yesterday morning.

I Went there to get my bar taken out but the receptionist put me down to have me get a udi pulled out and he was all happy about it until I said it was the bar in my arm. I was saying I was very nervous and scared as I hate needles there was no communication or anything once I got to the operation room and starting feeling uncomfortable because he was putting the numbing needle into my arm he didn’t ask if I wanted a count down or anything he jabbed it into my arm roughly and I started crying and asked my partner to ring my mum as I wanted her there with me, she was only just around the corner not even 2 minutes away. There was another nurse in the room complaining about me wanting my mum there, the doctor and nurse were both trying to rush it and my arm wasn’t even numb and he was about to cut into it and I told him no it isn’t even numb yet. They started to get impatient and the nurse that was on the other side on the curtains was saying we don’t have time for this basically rushing my operation and making me feel as if I was a burden. They have no sympathy at all and I am traumatised from my experience I will never have the confidence to feel safe in a doctors presence again.

Dr Amini is just lovely to see. She listens and works through everything with you and doesn’t make you feel rushed. The whole practice is run well and I never gave to wait too long. It’s quick and easy to pay and get your refund at the same time.

Today was for my youngest son who has burnt himself on the inner thigh from his dirt bike. Dr Laurie Chow is always awesome and engaging. He is always super friendly and happy to have a chat and a joke. Today he had a student doctor with him to which he instructed and discussed with the student doctor but also stood back and watched allowing the student doctor to do his thing. The student doctor was great with my son also. And our favourite nurse was there today and helping with my son so of course he had to act cool and tough for the pretty/friendly nurse
