Bought a snack pack yesterday and it was the worst I’ve ever had. The chips was too salty. The sauces din taste good and i asked them to put cheese as well which they din.

Purchased a chicken salad bowl, absolutely terrible, chicken was taken from a serving area near the cash register (not near where it is cooked). This must be the area they keep yesterday's leftovers, was so dry and hard, it was like eating pork crackling...... better places to eat then this one in Grand Central!!!

The shorter young woman, in particular, who was serving early afternoon on 28 Dec is very rude and unpleasant. The staff, certainly, need and can improve hopefully with training by management. One wonders if they really know when and how to use words such as please and thank you?

The two blonde middle age managers are always super rude. I think the owner really needs to take a look at who they are putting in charge. I’ve been a manager at many stores before and I would never act the way they do.They constantly judge you, stare at you, they are never happy and they never smile. It’s almost like we feel like we can’t order because they are so unhappy all the time.

We are there today the meat was very dry and I couldn't eat it I got a refund with no problems
