Awesome service and a wide range of gear! There staff are knowledgeable and helpful, they have a great selection of digital cameras, camera bags, film gear, ect.The film variety is great! They sell 35mm and 120 and large formats (i mostly shoot 120) and they helped me choose the best film for my purposes.They also develop colour 35mm film

Really good customer service! The young videographer bloke (sorry forget his name) was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with us setting up our equipment, we really appreciate this kind of customer service.

Good knowledgeable service

Just bought a battery $199 in store, on website $179 ? This is why I bought my R6ii , RF 24-70 , 70-200 and 100-500 from another Camera house store.

was told about a product and that it would definitely work. went home and it does not work what do ever won’t even turn on. wasn’t given a receipt even on request of asking for it. a whole lot of money spent for nothing

I found them very helpful and they went out of the way to fix my camera.Can not fault the service.

Nice staff in shop, but if you're shooting videos I'd advise very strongly not to use digital cameras such as Lumix and canon despite their 4k ability otherwise you'll find yourself having to google and learn set ups and everytime a scene changes you may spend tireless hours resetting the camera up only to change it again for the next scene . Video cameras are called video cameras for a reason, they are designed specifically for video so please don't make the mistake I made and trust in one of these useless digital cameras. The stress is unnecessary... As an edit to my review after your response ,some of your 'videographer' staff were the ones who convinced me Not to buy a video camera but one of these useless time consuming limux cameras and yet most only have 4k uhd which is not as good a quality as 4k Dci, aka cinema grade , uhd aka television grade, yes since then I've done my research which your staff didn't bring to my attention, and no offense intended but for the record compared to mainland stores Tasmania prices in general are too high so no I won't be buying much here , seems Tasmanians get ripped off alot more than mainlanders , sad they don't look after their own people? I guess they didn't look after the Aboriginals either so it's simply learnt behaviour. But I understand now why people buy online when they get charged atleast $100 less for the same cameras
